The college functions from 8:30 A.M to 5:30 P.M. The teaching methodology follows an Integrated P.U. Syllabus approach, which combines P.U. + NEET/JEE/CET preparation. Each section consists of only 45 students, ensuring focused attention. Every subject is taught under the supervision of one senior lecturer assisted by two junior lecturers, maintaining a ratio of one lecturer for every 15 students (1:15).To ensure continuous improvement, an Opinion Poll is conducted every month to gather feedback on the quality of teaching. Additionally, weekly meetings are held with lecturersto review the completion of the syllabus as per the micro schedule.

Key, Solutions and Errors list is distributed to the students

Weekly results are shared with parents and reviewed with lecturers and students.to the students.
At our institution, student performance is regularly communicated to parents, including details on attendance, punctuality, discipline, and academic results. Monthly Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) are conducted to review overall progress. A Daily Principal–Parent Interaction Program (five parents per day) is organized to discuss the performance of individual wards.
Additionally, a Weekly Principal–Student Interaction Program provides students the opportunity to discuss their academic and personal development directly with the Principal. Result analyses are displayed through a projector, and student performance is discussed in detail during counselling sessions to ensure continuous improvement and guidance.
